This is the agreement you accept when you start a Front Door or Office page. Shops already live write [email protected].

Your website

We build your website, in your name, on your domain. If you already have a domain, or a name picked out, we use that. If you don’t, we can create the domain. It is still yours. It is not a page on our site. We keep it online while the monthly is paid. Your shop’s admin lives on that site.

Front Door is $1,500 to build and $149 a month. Office is $5,500 to build and $299 a month. Each service has its own price, and you change it in admin. A large catalog, or a room-by-room builder, is a larger setup on top of Office. The monthly stays $299. Adding a thing or two is part of the monthly. A new catalog or a complete rework of the site is an extra fee. If the same problem keeps coming back, we tell you and schedule a call.

What your customer pays

Your customer pays you, on your Stripe, for the service. You set the amount due in your admin: one third, one half, or the full amount. The rest is due when the job is finished, and it lands in your Stripe. A subscription charges the full amount again each period. ShowUpPaid does not take a cut of the job. Stripe’s fee on those payments is yours to pay. Money already in your Stripe stays yours.

Your customer gets one receipt with your logo and your name. That receipt is not our invoice.

What you pay us

Half the setup is due to begin. Front Door is $750. Office is $2,750. We email an invoice with a link to pay that half on our Stripe, and the list of what we still need.

The second half is due when you approve the page. It is a separate charge from ShowUpPaid to you, the same kind of bill as the monthly. It is not taken from a customer’s payment. Your customer is not part of it.

The monthly starts the day the page goes live. It is month to month. We don’t add tax on the setup or the monthly.

Upgrade from Front Door to Office

Email [email protected] if you want Office later. The upgrade setup is $4,000 (the difference between Front Door’s $1,500 and Office’s $5,500). Half ($2,000) starts the Office build. The other half is due when you approve the Office walkthrough. Your monthly becomes $299. Your existing page, domain, and Stripe stay yours — we add the Office admin.

When customers can use the page

The day you pick on the form is the day you want us to start. Starting fresh is fine. We spend 3–5 business days drafting once we have what the page needs. We email you when the walkthrough is ready. Customers can use the page typically within 10 days of receiving that information. If something critical is missing, it takes longer.

If you don’t like the walkthrough

Small fixes on the first walkthrough are part of the build. If it needs more than that, we schedule a call and go through the site with you. If you back out completely, the first half is not refunded. After the page is live, the setup is not refunded. You can still cancel the monthly.

If you stop the monthly

The site goes offline at the end of the month you’ve paid. The money already in your Stripe stays yours. Your customers paid you, in your account. You pay us for the site. Before the site goes offline, we email you to export customer names and calendar dates. After the site goes offline, that information on the site is lost. Your Stripe account, your logos, and your domain stay yours.

What you provide

• Your shop name, logo, phone, email, service area, prices, and photos.
• The domain you already have, a name you want, or permission for us to create the domain.
• A live Stripe account in the shop’s name, with the bank account where job money should land.
• A person who can approve the walkthrough.

Prices, claims, and the terms your own customers see are yours to keep accurate.
