Front Door
$1,500 + $149/mo
- Your prices on one page
- A deposit on your Stripe
- A day they can request
- Half ($750) starts it
For the shop owner
The customer pays you before you roll, on your Stripe, and you pay us to keep that page running.
$1,500 + $149/mo
$5,500 + $299/mo
For a shop of one to five. Your customer pays the deposit on your Stripe before the truck rolls. Each service has its own price, and you change it yourself.

The invoice and the deposit come from rates you set. Your name is on the page they paid.
Gutter installation, roofing, fencing, and a haul route.
Who called, what’s owed, and where the job stands. New, paid, on the schedule, or lost.
Your rates fill the lines, the premium, and the deposit.
What you collected and what is still booked. Hand your CPA an Excel file or a QuickBooks-shaped file.
Every lead with a status and a dollar amount — new through completed.
Who’s paid, who’s scheduled, and what’s still owed — one screen.
Enter the measure. Your rates build the quote, premium, and deposit.
Crew on the calendar, days off, and tomorrow’s jobs on one card. Balance stays on the same pay link.
Every job for a phone number in one place. Bill again on your Stripe; pause or cancel on the board.
Standard steps per job — measure, photos, materials, cleanup — with timestamps.
Required acknowledgments before pay, stored on the lead. DocuSign when you need e-sign.
Owner sees revenue. Crew and contractor PINs open jobs, checklists, and documents only.
Trip logs for the job, ready for the books.
Collected and booked by period. One export: Excel or QuickBooks-shaped, full records or one bucket.
Download your leads anytime. Print or email the owner handoff kit at go-live.
Transactional notes when a job moves. Edit rates and contact. Weekly flyer and square post.
Your prices on one page. They leave a deposit, request a day, and get one receipt with your logo. You change the prices yourself.
Pressure washing, window washing, a custom cake order, and a one-time junk load.
A short list, a deposit on your Stripe, and a day they can request.
Name, job, and deposit in one place.
The day arrives in the same email.
Each type has its own price. Due today: one third, half, or full. The rest is due when the job is finished.
What shows on the page and on their receipt.
Keep them. QuickBooks, a measuring account, financing, or the calendar you already use — we can connect what matters so the pay page and admin stay the hub. Integrations are scoped with the build; you are not forced to rip out what works.

How it works
Their card → your Stripe
The deposit and the balance land in your account.
Your bill → ShowUpPaid
You pay the setup and the month. The job itself is yours.
Start your page
Pick Front Door or Office, tell us the shop, and choose the day you want to start. You’ll see the receipt before it comes to ShowUpPaid. Your own customers get their receipt from your Stripe, with your logo. That is a different payment.
Step 1 of 3 — Pick your page
We can’t walk through the Stripe setup with you. Open the guide and follow the steps, then email us the address on the account.
Half the setup is due to begin. When you approve the page, the rest is a separate charge from ShowUpPaid to you. It works like a subscription bill. It is not taken from a customer’s payment, and your customer is not part of it. Front Door is $750. Office is $2,750.
Stripe’s fee is yours to pay. It comes out of the payments in your account. ShowUpPaid does not take a cut of the job.
The monthly is month to month. We don’t add tax on the setup. The site goes offline at the end of the month you’ve paid. The money already in your Stripe stays yours. Your customers paid you, in your account. You pay us for the site. Before the site goes offline, we email you to export customer names and calendar dates. After the site goes offline, that information on the site is lost.
Sample Gutters and Brightside Wash are sample shops you can click through. The names and jobs are examples.
Yours. The customer pays your business directly for the service. The deposit lands in the business owner’s Stripe.
Each service has its own price, and you change it yourself. Front Door fits when those prices cover the work. Office fits when you measure the job and build the invoice from your rates. A large catalog is scoped with the Office setup.
Your customers pay your Stripe, and the jobs live in your ShowUpPaid admin. If you want to keep a tool you already use, we can talk through an integration when we scope the build.
They choose from the open time slots you set in your admin. A filled slot is not offered. If you set more than one slot in a day, more than one job can book that day.
Photos before you roll are on Office. If you need a feature that is not in the Front Door template, we can add it. That addition is quoted on its own.
Email [email protected] and say you want Office. The upgrade setup is $4,000 (the difference between Front Door’s $1,500 and Office’s $5,500). Half ($2,000) starts the build. When you approve the Office walkthrough, we bill the other $2,000 and your monthly becomes $299. Your existing page and Stripe stay yours — we add the admin.
Yes, as a custom storefront quote. Same idea as Front Door/Office: catalog, checkout on your Stripe, and an admin for orders. It is not a third locked plan next to Front Door and Office. Ask and we price the build.
Office includes transactional email — new lead, paid, scheduled, receipt. Full campaigns, drips, and newsletters are a later add-on (or we connect the list you already use). They are not part of the $299 monthly.
Office can require acknowledgments on the pay page — checkbox plus a timestamp on the job. If you need DocuSign for waivers or multi-page contracts, that is an add-on.
Yes on Office. Owner unlocks the full admin. Tech or contractor PINs open the jobs they need — checklists, documents, schedule — without revenue, rates, or customer billing totals.
You pay the first half from a link on our Stripe. We email the invoice, and the checklist of what we still need goes out with it. That Stripe account is ShowUpPaid’s, separate from the Stripe your customers pay.
Those days are for gathering what the page needs and drafting it. We ask for your shop name, logo, phone, email, service area, prices, photos, a live Stripe account, and the person who approves go-live. Bring a domain, a name you want, or we can create the domain. The 10 days start when we have what the page needs. If something critical is missing, it takes longer.
That day is when you want us to start. You go live when we email that the walkthrough is ready and you approve it.
Yours. Your name, your domain, your Stripe. If you don’t have a domain yet, we create it, and it is still yours. We keep the site online while the monthly is paid. Your shop’s admin is on that site.
You set that in your admin. One third, one half, or the full amount. The rest is due when the job is finished, and it lands in your Stripe. A subscription charges the full amount again each period.
Small fixes on the first walkthrough are part of the build. If it needs more than that, we schedule a call and go through the site with you. The goal is not a stack of reworks. If you back out completely, the first half is not refunded.
